Erasmus+ is designed to be inclusive and to offer equal opportunities for everyone, no matter their age, social or economic background. Dedicated additional funding is available for any organisations wishing to implement inclusive projects.

The Erasmus + program’s mobility component allows students in higher education to complete a portion of their degree or pursue a traineeship in a European or other associated country. It also encourages staff and teacher mobility and fosters cross-border cooperation projects between European universities.
From 2007 to 2013, Erasmus was a crucial component of the Lifelong Learning Programme (LLP); in 2014, the Erasmus+ Program took its place. CEU has been participating in the LLP Erasmus program since 2005/2006, and the number of teacher and student exchanges has been steadily increasing.

How does the cost structure work for schools? Why are there no additional fees for our services?
Our partnership with schools is designed to be as straightforward and cost-effective as possible. The service fee for organizing and managing your Erasmus+ travel programs is already included within the overall Erasmus+ budget allocated for your project. This means that schools are not burdened with any extra costs when they choose to work with us. Our primary goal is to provide a seamless and enriching educational travel experience, without financial constraints for the institutions we serve.
Are travel costs included?
Of course the travel costs will be included in the budget. However, arrival and departure travel arrangements, such as flights or long-distance trains, won’t be booked by us directly due to insurance reasons. For the initial and final travel segments, our team provides detailed assistance, offering advice on the best travel connections to ensure you find the most convenient and cost-effective options.
Costs of public transportation within the city itself for the duration of the trip however will be handled by us, ensuring easy and accessible mobility for all participants.
